MSD Freizeittechnik: production, maintenance and repair services
MSD Freizeittechnik is working in several areas. One of our focal points is the production of components, spare parts and assembly groups for the leisure industry. This includes running wheels and chassis for rollercoasters as well as spare parts. In everything we do, we see ourselves as a contractor and supplier of manufacturers.
MSD Freizeittechnik is also specialised in the commissioning and maintenance of vehicles and trains for rollercoasters and similar constructions. We also carry out regular checks, partial renewal and recertification of rides and systems.
As a service partner of international manufacturers, we also carry out the assembly of systems or assembly groups manufactured by third parties.
State-of-the-art machinery to guarantee precision
In order to be able to carry out work efficiently, precisely and reliably, we need modern equipment and the required certifications in addition to expertise and know-how. Amongst others, we are working with the following machines:
- Trumpf laser 3050
- Trumpf sheet metal bender Truma 85S
- Welding unit by EWM and Merkle
- Water jet cutter
- Mobile welding and lathing unit
We also have the required certifications and licenses. MSD Freizeittechnik is certified according to DIN EN 1090-2 for welding work, production and revision of constructions of the leisure industry, in compliance with DIN EN 13814.
